Leopard Race Competition Buggy 1:6/ 26ccm engine With the FG Leopard Race we have created a reasonable Competition Buggy. The Leopard Race Buggy has already won several competitions, amongst others the German Championship in 2000 and 2001, in 2002 it became second. This new constructed Buggy has its centre of gravity on the rear axle, this improves the traction when accelerating out of curves on the one hand and on the other it improves the driving performance on rutty tracks through relieving the front axle. An extended wheelbase cares for optimal track stability which reduces a shifting of the vehicle on uneven ground to a minimum. Length 720mm, Width 435mm, Height 285mm, Wheelbase 505mm

Technical description of the Leopard Race:
Straight 4mm alloy chassis with lateral edge and countersunk srew heads. Double wishbones at front and rear axle. King pin angle, toe-in and castor length are adjustable. 4 oil-pressure shock absorbers in alloy with external thread for the spring adjustment care for an optimal wheel grip. The driving gear is equipped with an alloy differential gear with pluggable driving axles and the well-tried FG ball drive.
Further equipment specifications are: Steel gearwheel 18 teeth, alloy brake caliper with big Epoxy brake disk for a better heat absorption, fuel tank with ventilation. All rotating parts such as driving shafts, axles, clutch bell a.s.o. are supported by ball bearings.
The Leopard is equipped with a 26ccm combustion engine and for a further power increase we have mounted a 3-unit Tuning pipe. The competition body as well as the rear spoiler are made of transparent polycarbonte, the lateral ABS splash guard protects the model from bigger dirt. The front bumper is manufactured in an impact resistant polyamide. Knobbed competition tires on widened rims complete the top equipment.
